お買い上げいただきましたお客様には、大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますこと、深くお詫び申しあげます。
つきましては、アシックスジャパン株式会社が当該商品を回収し、返金の対応をさせていただきます。

We regret to inform you that a defect has been identified in some units of the ASICS × nonnative GEL-YETITOKYO HI GTX, released on January 11, 2025, where the eyelet hardware may detach from the shoe. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In response, ASICS Japan Co., Ltd. will recall the affected products and issue a refund. We kindly ask customers who purchased this product to follow the instructions below to complete the return process.
