GUIDI

  • GUIDI is a leather brand that traces its origins to Conceria Guidi e Rosellini, a tannery founded in 1896 in Pescia, Tuscany, Italy. Led by master tanner Ruggero Guidi, the brand officially launched with its Fall/Winter 2005 collection. Drawing on generations of experience and tradition while embracing modern technology, GUIDI has developed a distinctive tanning process that sets it apart. Rather than pursuing mass production, the brand continues to create boots and leather goods for those who seek truly unique, meaningful pieces. Each product undergoes garment dyeing in a tumbler after construction, resulting in individual variations and a one-of-a-kind appearance. Using a traditional vegetable tanning method, the leather develops richer character over time, allowing the wearer to fully enjoy the aging process. The boots are crafted to an exceptional standard achievable only by highly skilled artisans. Their stress-free comfort is something only the owner can truly appreciate. Among countless leather brands, GUIDI stands out with a presence all its own, earning lasting trust and a devoted following.

EXCLUSIVE CONTENTS

  • The latest collaboration with GUIDI marks the return of the HIKING BOOTS after nearly two years. Among GUIDI’s typically sharp and refined lineup, this model stands out with a particularly rugged presence. Aged metal eyelets and hooks are paired with slim cotton laces. Designed to be wrapped around the ankle, the laces are set longer than usual to accommodate this distinctive styling. The defining feature of this model is its VINTAGE KHAKI colorway. Following the 2024 BACK ZIP BOOTS and the 2025 ZIPPER UNIT BOOTS BIG DADDY, this marks the third iteration of the color. The softly muted tone is brought to life through GUIDI’s proprietary tumbler dyeing process, resulting in a deep, richly layered expression that cannot be replicated elsewhere. To maintain a cohesive overall look, the Vibram sole was produced in a custom color specially commissioned by nonnative. A truly one-of-a-kind pair, born from the collaboration between GUIDI and nonnative.
